Schedule Change Policy

If you need to change your regularly scheduled day, we must have 48 hours notice. Without notice, there will be an additional service charge of 1/2 of your initial fee.

Also, if you go on vacation during your regularly scheduled day and reschedule the following week we will go back on your normally scheduled day, i.e., for bi-weekly customers, if we clean a week after your normal cleaning we will go back 15 days from the originally scheduled day.

 

Payment Policy

Payment is due as soon as the cleaning is complete. We accept personal checks and cash. Checks are the preferred form of payment. We are currently unable to accept credit/debit cards.

If you can not be there to pay, please leave payment on the kitchen counter made out to FANTASTIC MAID on the day of your cleaning.

There will be a $25 fee charged for a returned check.

   

Lock-out Policy

Lock-outs can happen due to locked storm doors, forgotten keys, alarm systems not being disarmed, etc.  If the incident occurs we have the right to charge for that cleaning day.

If you are not satisfied with our service please call within 24 hours and we will be glad to re-clean at no cost.
